The Council on the Arts & Humanities for Staten Island fosters and promotes arts and cultural activities by providing services to a borough-wide constituency of individual artists of all disciplines, arts groups and cultural institutions and the general public. Our programs and services include re-granting programs, VISIT Center, seminars and workshops, and newsletter.
